Mental Health Awareness Week will take place from 18-24 May 2020 on the topic of kindness.

Throughout the week, on our social media pages and website, there will be various kindness quotes and encouragement for staff and students to carry out one act of kindness a day.  If anyone would like to take a photo of their act of kindness to post onto the website/social media, please email these to ljh@tda.education this week.

There are also lots of tips on how to look after your mental health during the Coronavirus outbreak here - https://www.mentalhealth.org.uk/coronavirus
