Access To Information Services

Students & Staff have access to their email, personal desktop profiles, the Virtual Learning Environment, their work folders and Academy software via the links below. Staff also have access to the School Management Information System via the link to ePortal.

As part of our increasing sharing of information with Parents, we have recently created the Parents' Portal. Log-In details were sent out in a recent Newsletter.

We have initiated a partnership with CEOPS - the Child Exploitation & Online Protection Serivce - which enables parents to use the link below to report internet abuse directly to CEOPS.

Notes for Vista Users with SP1 installed or Mac users

There is an issue if you have updated your Windows Vista PC to Service Pack 1 via Windows update or if you have downloaded the update manualy. You will need to download the Newest version of the Citrix desktop client for windows and install this before trying to connect to the Thomas Deacon Academy Citrix system.

Mac users, you will have to download the citrix client from the link below as the one we host on the access page is for windows users only.
