For the Price of a Sunday Newspaper… or Pie & Chips… or a Starbucks…

You can have a computer at home similar to the ones in the Academy Network Study areas. These thin-client computers provide access to what students need, including a filtered Internet package.  You would be able to connect to the Internet and to all your files on the Academy network… AND … use Academy software at home, including all the Microsoft Office and Adobe Macromedia packages.  The package would cover the 19" monitor, computer terminal, software, mouse, keyboard and insurance as well as technical support…  a total package worth over £600. All we ask is that you consider making a donation towards the device.

 

The only thing we could not pay for would be the price of the home Internet connection.
