Technology College
The vision and reality of Technology College is to provide and deliver stable and supportive environments in which all students thrive and have the opportunity to develop. All students are encouraged to develop as individuals and to be a part of a community that enhances Thomas Deacon Academy’s principles and aims.
Technology College is made up of two distinct curriculum areas; Information Communication Technology and Design and Technology. Our Design Technology department was inspected this academic year and the report on this can be downloaded at the foot of this page.
By providing technologically rich and professional environments, all students within the college have the opportunity to be immersed in and involved with the facilities that are available.
As a College we pride ourselves upon a supportive framework that revolves around the academic tutors and their influence in helping to ensure that all of the students in our college academically and pastorally embrace breadth, balance and professionalism at all times. Personal growth is at the heart of all we endeavour to nurture and the consideration for each individual's specific learning needs is paramount to our success.
