Strategic Plan
The Strategic Plan document is a detailed statement of our core principles and what we value as an Academy. It sets out our strategic intentions in broad terms and how we plan to develop and measure our progress. It allows for proper accountability and monitoring by the Board, while enabling appropriate annual planning in directorates and colleges, as well as providing everyone outside our community key information about us.
