Parent Reference Group
Parents and Governance
Regular meetings of the Parent’s Reference Group [PRG] are held throughout the year to enable parents to have a voice and an opportunity to consider issues of interest to them. Membership is open to all and the group nominates two members who have a place on the Advisory Board of Governance. Our two Parent Directors also sit on the PRG.
Finding Out More
Existing parents can access the calendar for meetings and minutes of previous meetings via the parent portal. The meetings are generally held 4 times per academic year and existing parents who wish to be added to the mailing list with a view to attending the next meeting should do so by contacting: helena.hillson@thomasdeaconacademy.com or by contacting the school’s main switchboard and asking for Mrs Hillson on 017133 426060.
